GREAT IDEA - GREAT LOOK

These innovative and unique curtain-sided trailers, featuring fully integrated load-through belly lockers that are dangerous goods approved, are the first of their kind in the world.

Developed by Lindsay King of Royan Truck and Trailers Sydney, they offer an increase in payload capacity and improve handling by lowering the centre of gravity.

FEATURES & EQUIPMENT

Lockerliners are available in curtain sided, open flat-top, A-trailer and B-double configurations. They ride on BPW air suspension with ECO hubs and Alcoa alloys. LED lighting is fitted for longevity, brilliance and safety. Lockerliners are also fitted with the latest angle-drive Tight Winder truck winches over the locker area, stainless steel tool box, water tank and soap holder (Refrigeration also available).

EASY LOADING

These load through belly lockers allow easy access from both sides and enable normal deck heights for fork lift loading from the rear. With the solid side doors they also offer the ability to segregate security goods, sensitive freight or dangerous goods.

INCREASED PAYLOAD

The additional capacity has been achieved by the trailers unique space-frame design that incorporates advanced engineering technology, similar to chassis designs used in Formula 1 race cars. Unlike typical curtain sided and open flat-top trailers, where the standard chassis design would run through an independently monted locker and therefore reducing the available load space.

The lockerliner gives an additional 8.2 cubic metres capacity (or 2 standard pallets in each of the 3 lockers). This translates into 9% more space and potential profit over a standard 90 cubic metre trailer.

IMPROVED HANDLING

The design, whilst being extremely practical, also gives a lower centre of gravity increasing the stability and reducing the rollover potential of the trailer and therefore making it safer for the driver. In the case of collision, safety is also improved as the lockers act as a deflector and keep vehicles from being dragged into the suspension.
